Sweet Crimpit Toastie – My Fussy Eater

For a quick afternoon snack for the kids, try these sweet toasties made with a Crimpit

I absolutely love our Crimpit gadget. I bought it during the summer and it was a brilliant way to make quick toasties for the kids for lunch.

But recently I’ve started using it to make sweet toasties for a quick afternoon snack too. And they’re delicious!

When I show the Crimpit on my social media I always get asked if it actually works. It really does! It’s designed to work with sandwich thins and crimps down the edges so that the filling doesn’t spill out in the toaster.

I made three different flavours. The first is Strawberry & White Chocolate. I use chocolate chips as they melt quickly but you could also cut up chunks of white chocolate really small or even use a vegetable peeler to grate slices of it.

Next up is Banana & Caramel. This is my favourite as it tastes like banoffee pie! I used Carnation Caramel Drizzle but any kind of caramel or toffee sauce will work too.

And the last flavour is Marshmallow & Chocolate. I used mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips. This tastes like smores, so good!
